According to Weathernation meteorologists , they are water spots till they touch land then they become tornadoes
A few started in the water off the Carolina coasts as water spouts and turn into deadly tornadoes.
My grandson his wife and my great granddaughter who is 10 months old were spared, they live in West Palm Beach.
