Contests?

I remember on another site, There were some fishing contests to keep us all interested!

Hope George can bring that back...had a lot of fun.....

How about:
Longest fish species (Coney Island Whitefish don't count!)
Heaviest fish species

With Categories for Shore and Boat

We know those other sites do stuff for the regular species, lets do something for other species that don't get any love:
Sea Robbins
Northern King Fish
Oyster Toads
Squid
Bunker/Menhaden/Pogy
Atlantic Mackerel
Shad
Blowfish
Triggerfish

those species are mostly small game, that haven’t any variation to size wen caught… maybe robins 3-4 pound, same for mackerel… C22…
