since I haven’t a outside grill, I perfected da indoor style of cooking CORN ?....

1) bring pot of water to boil and throw da CORNS in, Shut da flame ? and let stand in water till ready to much...

2) shuck CORN ? off cob, Pan Toast wit butter, sprinkle wit sea salt...

Try shucking about 1/2 of the outer husk off the corn, & try & get out most of the hair, only because it will be hot later. Place the corn in the microwave for 2 min per ear, if you are making 2 ears then 4 min, 3 ears, 6 min & so on. That's it simple & enjoy.

I generally soak 'em in water for about an hour in the husk - then put right on the grill. Soaking prevents the husk from going up in flames. About the only time I cook corn on the cob is when I'm smoking ribs. So for the last 15 minutes of the smokin' that's when the corn goes on.

Gives it a nice smokey flavor.
 
my father use to add corn - thought he was the only one - never saw anyone else do that - he make the cakes with peas also sometimes

I like blueberrys inda Pan cakes and corn cakes are on TV shows once in a while, so It gave me a idea for my version of corn cakes , I’ve tried a few times like that before... cellie...
