Went up this past weekend for November 5th crossbow opener Saturday morning we had heavy wind and rain, didn’t see anything, Sunday saw one big Doe out of bow range but chip shot with the gun Monday saw a really nice what appeared to be a six pointer again out of bow range well in gun range couldn’t see if he had brow tines to say it was a eight so I’m sticking with a nice six big bodied deer that was it on Monday, Tuesday did a few things moved the hay bail blind to it’s gun location and did some branch trimming heading up next Tuesday night, spend Friday hanging with the boys and get ready for gun opener Saturday, stay safe all and get a big one
