Crabman
Angler
Did you ever have one of those experiences that you just can't explain? I have had a few and I'm sure many of you have had some too.
I was working on my bulkhead decking when a bluejay flew up and landed right next to me and began pecking at a phillip's screw driver bit with a yellow collar on the bit. He was right next to me and not afraid as I moved and took a picture of him. The next day, I was in my truck getting ready to leave and a bluejay landed on my driver's side mirror. I assume it was him again. He sat there looking at me like he wanted to say something. I climbed out of the passenger side and took a picture of him and talked to him for awhile. As if this wasn't surprising enough, the next day, he flew 20' into my shop and sat with me as I was working, again looking like he wanted to say something. He stayed with me for five minutes and then flew back out. I get it, he was probably domesticated and later freed but it was a very cool happening. I decided to get him a bag of food. He never showed up again.
