Lake Erie, which connects to the Detroit river, is over 200 feet deep. Lake Huron on the northern end of the Detroit River is over 700 feet deep. Lots of room for a big fish to hide.
I used to have a job working for my uncle in Detroit, which really sucked. However, come the weekend, fishing on his boat was a blast. I've been all over the Detroit River, and Lake Erie chasing all kinds of fish. I really miss Ohio and Michigan.
