I finally saw some tonight on the way home from work I saw three but couldnt get a positive ID Then sitting at the light on portion by the diner I looked over and there it was behind the diner just over the trees got my phone to get a pic but it went behind the trees then going down portion I saw it again up higher and further away and to the East of me there another one

We saw one last night also, looking out our back window ( south west ) that could be towards portion but I think ours was closer to airpot or Ronk train station.

It was moving oddly and that is what caught our attention since being near the airport we see lights and sights all the time of normal aircraft.

This was different.

Saw them again in Ronkonkoma last night one looked like it was hovering over the lake the other was hovering North of there around Hawkins ave down by 347

Holy shot just was taking out the garbage and saw/heard a helicopter chasing a drone
One bright lite no sound coming from it

No clue...but definitely a drone. Too quiet (no sound), not enough speed to be a small jet, no running lights for port/starboard. Just a bright white lite they were heading SE from Huntington.

Maybe- what the minimum speed for helicopters? probably going 60mph minimum. again too slow for a jet and definitely not a prop plane
