anyone use one of these ?--https://suspenz.com/products/smart-end-airless-large-cart?variant=6242086748188
I don't need one for my Skimmer 128 which is under 50 lbs, but I am thinking this would come in quite handy when I join the better half on our Perception Tribe 13.5 for a paddle. Just concerned that the extra wide beam of the Perception might not allow this particular cart to go up far enough. (I hate those things that have to be strapped, and I will not use a cart that goes through the scuppers. Fussy, I am.

I use this Sea to Summit cart. I have an older version with air-filled tires. No problem with widths, comes with straps which work best by threading through the midship straps. That being said, I just got the Admiral new Perception Fisherman Pro 10.0 with handles that are not open through and it's beamer than our other kayaks, but the strap can be tightened enough to secure the kayak.

I'm glad they dumped the air tires, the dang valve stem constantly catches on part of the cart. And although I'm sure you've figured this out, this cart goes amidship. It take s a few trips to figure out what balance point you want to adjust the "tongue weight" to your satisfaction...

Check out the suspenz end cart video. I have a diy midships cart and don’t like dealing with straps. But awaiting a customer service reply from suspenz

Not in the market for a new cart in that it's only 2 trips per year, out and into the shed. His & Hers kayaks spend the summer tied up on the dock float.

I have little problem dealing with air tires because I have "1 inch speed bumps" every 2 feet down my dock walkway...

With the tandem just occasionally. Never needed a cart with my Hurricane solos and doubt I will next year when I hit the big seven oh either. If the county puts a launch in Seaford I might need a cart for either. Except when we use the beach at The Dinghy Shop where I bought all three, I / we have never really needed a cart but I did not like my DIY midships style for the tandem. I only yak locally and one launch is down a concrete boat ramp, the other is a 75' carry from the lot across 30' of beach.

Ok that cart with the large airless wheels does absolutely zero for you in 30’ of dry sand. Any fold up cart with any rubber style tire will give you an easier time. The plastic has zero floatation and plows the sand. If it’s wet and packed it’ll work but any other wheel will also.
I have a 30cm cart just for the beach. Basically just for a fifty yard dash at Sunken Meadow because the club has on affair their once a year. Those wheels stop a heart attack (They ride over, no plowing, pneumatic). Your wheels mean everything depending on the circumstances. I have two inch wide wheels for asphalt that will work as well as five inch wide hard plastic in soft sand. Just my two cents.

I can buy beach tires as an accessory, but really doubt I would need them. My skimmer is so light I just carry it and if I use the tandem the better half or clamming buddy can "assist" in soft sand. this end cart would really just allow me to park further out in the town's parking lot if the ramp is packed when I go with the Skimmer, and at the dinghy shop I would have the aforementioned better half to drag the yak, although most of that sand is packed. Customer Service's Ian got back to me again to confirm the XL size of the Suspenz end cart does work with a Perception Tribe 13.5 tandem.
