Had to walk from one underpass to another before I could get down to my town's ocean beach to cast as the "cliffs" from the constant east winds were 5 feet high. Kastmaster came back with weed on the swivel above it on every cast. One 15" fluke in an hour and decided to call it. Sweep not too bad, waves to 4 or 5 feet. ENE winds 10 kts and increasing. I left as the clouds came back in. Hadn't wet a line in over two weeks so it was good to get there regardless. Still liking my inexpensive 11' Okuma Rockaway.
