Frank Sr met me about 3.30 got in the sound and fished till about 8.30. Was very calm almost no wind, and very few boats for a Friday night. Definitely a lot of porgies around they were doing a number on the gulps. I used Green buck tails with white gulps tipped with squid seemed to be the ticket picked at shorts and robins. Some of the shorts were very close but missed the mark back in to fight another day. Ended with a 21” and 24” and definitely lost another keeper at the boat. Can’t complain was a beautiful night out there.
