You won't have to turn over your social Media history, you can carry on NYC subways, Times Square - they can only restrict in areas that had bans before the new laws. You can go on private property and carry a gun, you won't need to see signs that guns are allowed. The judge gave NY 3 days to respond.
But nothing to stop the fireproof gun case requirement.

I think she wrapped up her opinion by concluding that if you want to carry a gun to protect yourself, you should not have to show that you won't use that gun to harm yourself or others.

I wonder if the "guns in times square" rule applies to new years eve?

There’s a lot that is unclear I can say this between doing my concealed carry permit class two weeks ago there’s not many things that have changed if you are a sportsman permit holder nothing has changed as far as traveling from home to the range, half the class on range day carried there firearms on them into the range on there sides, the instructor said does anyone have a firearm on there side anyone who does step forward you guys will go first while the rest of the class gets there weapons ready as far as hunting goes transporting your rifle or shotgun they have to be in a case action open if possible and ammo in a separate area.
