Finally Sea Bass

Finally had a morning when the wind wasn’t blowing, & somehow I couldn’t hear the stripers calling from Plum Gut. Ran N/E from Mattituck Inlet to about 100’ to a nice piece of bottom. Threw back quite a few nice 16” shorts, but ended up putting three 17” keepers on ice, no sea monsters but they sure are pretty fish………John
