hi MTB AND FRIENDS ,,,, we fished this afternoon for a while in the back,,,,,,alot of action ,,, this lake been slow ,, but as the weather gets better the lake came alive today,,, we fished nite crawlers,,, yes maureen out fished me by a mile,,, no bass,, but the talapia were biting ther heads off big and small,, all the time we were here today the fishing was good,,,, a bunch of talapia,, sunfish,,,,, almost every cast maureen had something,,, i got a real big talapia no pic as i was unhooking the fish it jumped out of my hand hit the grass and jumped into the lake,, ? ,, also i went old school with a float :p,,,we fish till we ran out of worms,,,,,, friends be good,, till next time,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>

However, Kudo's for going back to the fundamentals, a big part of my upcoming seminar at Ward Melville this Saturday!
 
guys i just saw the talapia had red tails yesterday,, i think there making there beds to spawn,, i dont think they spawned yet,, some of maureens taliapa were fat with eggs,, there feeding before the spawn,,first pic female with eggs,, no red tail,, second the male with the red tail making the bed,,, what do you guys think?? ><)))):>

thats Y we got no bass yesterday our marine?? son said where theres talipia the bass stay away, is this true??,,he said, the talipia are very aggressive ?with the bass,,,><)))):>
