This week I got to have an assortment of fish
- tile fish
-swordfish
-Seabass
-fluke
-tuna
The tile fish was definitely my favorite.
How I made it:
Fresh water rinse and pag dry
Dip in flour
Dip in egg
Dip in seasoned panko + parm cheese
Deep fried in canola oil (in a sauce pot because of its depth rather than pan frying in a bigger surface area)
Fry untill golden brown
Placed on a brioche pan toasted bun with garlic +butter (fry on a pan like you would grilled cheese)
I then proceeded to top it off with homemade tartar (nanas secret recipe sorry) with a few slices of ghost pepper pepper jack because I need my cheese fix for the day and of course some lettuce.
