Filed out a short form sent in 42.00
Got an email Sunday morning that my replacement was sent out and I’d have it in 2/3 days

can't do either in Newyorkistan unless your name is Bobby DeNiro. Since my only travel now is on vacations, and that is mostly to Europe, I never desired out of state carry permits, especially since even with my job history, clearances etc. I couldn't get a carry in this lib state anyway, except for the range or upstate hunting.
