Herring

It's been a few years since I tried herring fishing. Are they around the North Shore docks still or is that time come and gone.

Seen a few reports of them being caught there

Had them in new Rochelle a few weeks back.

Buddy that fishes Mt. Sinai Harbor said they haven't really showed up there, but he's concerned that maybe they won't be showing up at all this year.

The water is still warm so there may be hope yet...
