City Council, gonna vote today banning Horse Carriages and replace wit Electric Carriages in Central Park… Tourist enjoy em as I do, but I feel the Democratic Progressive will move forward and remove the Horses ?…

Follow the money. That carriage house on the park is some premium real estate. DeBlasio was heavily financed by real estate developers. I'm sure the current crop in office is getting money from them too. It was never about the horses.
