keep on flaking

Headed down to Great Kills Harbor to do a little surf fishing for fluke. Fished the last 3 hours of the incoming tide. Landed 4 more shorts using gulp 4" swimming mullet on a jig head Water was clear and the winds were calm.My ratio of keepers to shorts remains the same : lots of shorts---0 keepers. I really don't mind at all. It's all about the fishing and not the catching. Enjoy the holiday weekend and tight lines to all.
