Had a quick few hours after work, but had to work this morning... Stayed waaaay to late.
Fish have tails and thus forth they swim.
So after a couple of consistent fishing in one area I couldn't seem to find them where they have been set up. Took a quick walk and found the bait piled up. After casting around some rips for a bit found a pile of fish and quickly landed a short. Released... Took a few more casts and hooked into quite a bit better fish with some weight, but the fish shook the hook on me. Next couple of casts led to some hits and then another decent keeper about 10 pounds which I slid up on the beach. Wind changed directions on me and I couldn't get another hit. Walked around and casted at a few more rips but couldn't get another touch. Was way passed the time I had planned out for myself so called it a night. All fish on swim shads last night. Threw some red fins but fish seemed to want it low and slow, with lots of jigging action.
