Right now beyond meat is a high flying stock and have their product in 30,000 locations....they sell a meat substitute.....i find that meat eating is what we have done since we came into being....of course modern man due to availability eats more meat than before and this should be balanced out.
To me eating a processed meat does more harm than eating real meat as we have done for eons. It was the control of fire to cook meat that enabled MAN to enlarge his brain and to become the smartest thing on the planet. Processed food is a death sentence....eat what comes in natures package and keep the garbage to a minimum...you really are what you eat
