I have a cast iron griddle, covers 2 gas burners, makes great buttermilk Pcakes, never cook anything else on it except Pcakes.. never bacon, peppers onions etc... cellie...

hey Doc, heres a pic of my Lodge cast iron 2 burner griddle. I "only" use for Pancakes (buttermilk) or french toast maybe eggs... had it 30 years, makes 2 very good size cakes at a time light and fluffy... there are electric griddles out there too with a good even heat control... and ya gotta get maple syrup, Aunt Jemima not allowed...cellfish...

honey is not a sweet as Maple Syrup, c'mon man, and besides it dosent flow as nice... and ya gotta get a good spoonful of Blueberry Goop from Costco... cellie...

oh ok, saseege their own, besides I like that new word from websters dictionary, ' DIZZLE '... Pancakes are more fun that the Stock Market too, but not as good as the Market Lady... cellie...
