Posted on the DEC web site Sea Bass 16.5" June 23 to Aug 31, 3 fish bag limit, Aug 1 to Dec 31, 6 fish bag limit. Scup up to 10.5" for anglers on a vessel 5/1 to 12/31, 30 fish bag limit & the bag limit goes up to 40 9/1 to 10/31 for anglers on a for hire boat.
