NY Post Monday 10/31 , it was reported the Capt. of the Marvin B was an MD facing a 100 million dollar fraud charge. He was due in court a week after the boat sank. The other individual was not the owners son , it was a fishing aquaintence who went out with him. Those who knew the doctor , Dr. Marvin Moy , said it was very unusual for him to be out on the ocean at night. Makes you wonder ? sounded kind of suspicious from the get go.
