After a very nice round of pitch and putt at Robert Moses Sunday we cruised through the parking lot at the Captree boat basin. Sad to see all the head boats tied to the dock on Memorial Day weekend. These poor suckers are really taking it on the chin. Which phase of boss Cuomo's reopening NY will allow them to operate?
