Met up with a friend last night to poke around a few bay spots we like to fish. Amazing how 4 hours evaporates when you catch up with a friend. Not much to report. 3 fish between us with his 26 inch fish being tops and his only catch. I managed 2 around 21 inches. All on swimmers. Wind was quiet, water was clean from debris but was lightly stained until the top of the tide. Very little bait, almost felt like a summer night. Fished in a light long sleeve shirt, but the water was definitely colder. Need a change in the weather, which appears on the horizon to get this action moving. Dragging a bit this morning, but just great to get out.
