Admittedly a rabid fan of anything Taylor Sheridan has a hand in- (Wind River. Hell and High Water, Yellowstone, 1883, 1923, Mayor of Kingstown, Lioness, Tulsa King, Landman) this one is fit for viewing with one's spouse, a feeling we only get with Starz's Outlander. Michelle Pfeiffer is still beautiful, Kurt Russell a hoot, and the rest of the cast is terrific in their roles. While I probably held out by stretching and nose squeezing, I readily acknowledge succombing to a need for a kleenex as I did the first time I saw Gone With The Wind and every time I view the ending of Field Of Dreams (although my upbringing gave that special meaning.) But rest assured, there are just as many laughs as poignant parts. Montana's scenery IMHO comes in a close second to the story line and cast in The Madison, a must see and by subscribing to Paramount+ you get to binge all the others, but you will need more than a month, lol. Hurry up before the season starts.
