I took the first video from the Kings Park Bluff and the second is from my son in Brooklyn.

Saw them on the news. I'm sure they had a reason, but at the speed they travel, seems like they could have come the extra 60 or so miles east, & let all of the front line workers on Long Island see them,

They went right over Target in South Setauket I have decent video but no idea how to upload it. Family loved it 1st time my.kids saw them up close.

The week after 911, I was offshore f tuna fishing hudson canyon, we got buzzed by 2 F18's, was quite the sight.
At least NY got to see them, albeit not all of NY but hey CT, we watched on the TV.

I took these about 3-1/2 miles east-northeast of you George.

Watched them fly over Stony Brook University Hospital, turn hard left and snapped the photos just as they got over the water. You can see the Thunderbirds just turned off the smoke trails.
