Stripers Online listed Bert at Saltwaters Tackle in Islip and Mark at Cow Harbor in Northport.

Edited to add that while I was very satisfied at Cow Harbor with the repair of an old reel years ago, that being a piker means I have no knowledge whatsoever of Van Staals. I do see there are videos and a self service kit you can get from the factory in Oklahoma.

I bought the service kit, the wrench comes is handy to grease main gears but I haven’t ’changed the bushings needlessly.. the pinion gear needs to be removed or installed wit a pressure tool I believe... the pinion gear lacks a good amount of grease from factory which leads to Water infiltration... surely there are helpful Utube vids... cellie...
