Waited out the wind

Headed out with Frank Sr, Jason, we didn’t want to head out early with the wind still blowing. So we headed out late morning and it was still blowing pretty good. We
made our way across the sound until we arrived where we wanted to be. Way too sloppy for the spot lock, so we dropped anchor. Didn’t take long when the lines hit the bottom and we started pulling in fish blackfish, sea bass and some porgies. Frank Sr Put the first keeper blackfish in the box I followed with a keeper sea bass. After the tide fell out so did the bite. Picked at some small fish until the change of the tide. We continued to pull fish and it seemed we were on the mother load of 15” and 15.5” blackfish and sea bass. We ended putting a decent catch with 6 keeper blackfish up to 20” and 5 keeper sea bass. That’s it for a few days as it’s supposed to be blowing for a few days.
