Going to start working on the upstairs room and the garage next week hope to get this work done before April 15th. Once the upstairs room is done I will move all items from the boiler room into the upstairs room. I don't want to use the boiler room for storage and have 50 to 70 bags of garbage if the boiler room floods again.

We have a drain for fresh water. It wasn't fresh water we had raw sewage backup that destroyed everything down there. Will post pics when I start the work.

I lost everything down there shoes boots skins all my jigs. Tools tables that whole room filled up with raw sewage. Had close to one hundred bags of garbage
