bought a rotisserie bird 2 days ago, ate the juicy parts first, wings, legs, thighs, Turned the very dry breast into cold Chick Salad...

Never had chicken salad with green olives, but I think I might have to try that one day!

Olives are harmless, make it lively add peppers , onion , tomato, horse radish to, be bold... btw, these pickles are 2 months young. Delicious... cellfish...
