When you get lemons you make lemonade, right??? Well I've got green crabs up the ying-yang and no tog to feed them to you. The green crab is an invasive species doing a job on the steamer clams here, and there's pressure to help get rid of them, so I caught up a bunch of jumbos today and prepped them to make spaghetti sauce tomorrow, kind of a dry run for Christmas Eve...

The chefs say so, figured sauce was safe. I also caught some Peekytoe Crabs which are good. All the crabs were a bit small so I won't figure on eating any meat, just cook the hell out of them to flavor the sauce.
