Buy the newest ones out there...they front load winners to keep them selling....my entire lotto budget is 20.00 a week....even with winners...this morning i cashed in 37.00 and played back twenty (including lotto) and got 100...next week i still play 20....guy i worked with won 5 million on a scratch off 12 years ago...took 250,000 for twenty years
