My parents as well.
Their place is a condo on the west coast and way too many common areas like the lobby, mail room, elevator etc.
Keeping a safe distance there is very difficult

Feeling pretty happy that I remembered to remove the prop and grease the shaft as part of my winterize the motor routine today. Found this spider web at the back of the shaft behind the prop?‍?‍?

Good job, I also remove the prop, & coat the shaft with fresh grease.

We usually use a blowtorch to get it off the prop of the Snowgoose. Probably take an easy 400/500 yards of braid per season in the prop.
