Making the traditional turkey for my immediate family. Me, my wife and two children. No travelling or "just see somebody for five minutes" for this household. I do have fun making stuffing. Cut the bread cubes last night and now drying them out in a paper bag. One of the butchers by me makes a wonderful sausage for stuffing. Other than that, nothing too unique.

LG, what’s da recipe for ya bread stuffing. SAGE.?... cellie...

We usually host the gang here on Christmas Eve
I smoke salmon and whatever else I can get hold of and snacks and drinks is usually a feast in itself.
Dinner is Ham and either rib roast or brisket.
This year, well.... nowhere near the usually gig and much lower key
gonna do a low key feast of the 7 fishes and incorporate whatever I end up smoking into it.
Hell, I've got at least 4 different fishes vacuum packed in the freezer- seabass, blackfish, fluke, porgy plus baked clams we made and froze
