My family was always bugging me to move out there. Most of them left because of taxes. After the kids finished high school they were gone.

I abandoned Suffolk (western) taxes of $9800 for VA taxes of $1200 + $800 in Town taxes. Easy decision.

You mean eastern Suffolk has higher taxes than the rest of Suffolk? Can’t be as high as Nassau.

I would use a clipboard when I'm chunking bunker on the beach.
I stick it in my backpack. It cleans really well. Keeps the bait from
getting sandy. Put the tail under the clip and start chunking.

Apparently the Ducks aren't feeling very amorous in the colder weather. Farmer says they haven't been laying in the last month or so.


Duck Eggs are nearly twice that size.
