actually, my wife makes the dough
My son does most of the assembly
She tried a couple of recipes and narrowed it down to 1 or 2.
I'll try to see what I can find out.
I do know that the recipe with bread flour comes out better than the ones with all purpose flour....

Grandkids, one likes white pizza the other likes with sauce. Who knows who likes pepperoni. So, one white pie with prosciutto , the other plain sauce pie with prosciutto and cooked pepperoni (no excess oil that way) on the side for whoever wants.
