Cany, it was whiting, Jenny got @ the local fish market and salmon. The whiting was really good. Jenny usually deep fries it but I think this was better. ?

straight from the Farmer's fields - they are also huge - easily double the size of supermarket carrots - I'll be getting at least 3 meals out of them

Yes Sir. There are plenty. Although you'd be competing against dozens of Farm Stands. This is Agriculture territory. Nothin' but farms.
