Its perfect out way too nice to be working
As you wrote this I was rolling right though your town and brought wife to that little antique village, she saw something she liked they had and we have to go back to get it.

The garden center just west of them is really nice also.
We cruised bye Silly Lilly also, so many memories from that place.... I went to Silly Lilly as 10 yr old kid from Brooklyn in the 70’s. AmAZING AREA,

ordering a new turn signal switch assembly for wifes SUV....AND AIR FILTERS...WIPER BLADES etc......switch keeps ticking ...I thought her lifters when she told me ticking...WHEW!

The switch is ticking?
yes....even when not in the turn position...just makes the noise like you are signaling to turn when you start up the car

Thats weird in the old days it was the relay that clicked
moving the turn signal 1/10th inch stops it...but then when you let go..it comes back...anyway I'll swap it out and see.....and google tells me that's it...GOOGLE is my mechanic :)

two versions..1 for auto headlights...1 not

THIS IS THE HOW TO

I replaced mine today, it started making that noise from time to time, and it annoyed the s*it out of me. It's a 5-10 min job. Undo 2 screws behind the wheel, 3 under the wheel, i just pulled the lower plastic with my hand and it popped out, that way you don't scratch it. once you get the plastic is off, pull out the wire plug out from the turn signal switch, then there's a small clip you have to press with a screwdriver and just pull it out. do everything in reverse and you're done. I took few pics, maybe it can help someone out. Btw the part cost me 51$ with shipping from rockauto, seems to be oem.I replaced mine today, it started making that noise from time to time, and it annoyed the s*it out of me. It's a 5-10 min job.
