Since HR insisted, I got a LI-centric "Teamwork" poster, a picture like the one below with TEAMWORK on it...

Roccus, That last pic. is great and not to critersize but I would call that " Trainer and student". You can plainly see who the trainer is and that he has a passion for his job. With first his salute then his Launch !!. Not as his trainee, "ok you can go now". You can see the difference. I use to watch those guys for hours. And could see the respect.

My poster pic only had 1 "Shooter", but I can't find an exact copy. I could probably scrounge it up on my desktop, but I'm too lazy. To me, there's no better example of Teamwork than a carrier deck during launch.
