Wife stuffs them with spicey chopmeat, cheese and the hollowed out middle mixed.

She somehow tenderized the hollowed zucchini, blanched or something but now she does this……

Suetee” every thing in one pot then put it ove pasta or rice.
I do it pretty much the same but it use Italian sausage
