LOL, nice fish, but it didn't need the "full arm extension"!! Your son must have learned that from a Jedi Master of photographic fish exaggerations. I know it's not you, but JBR who tells them to do that...

Must beg to differ. My first experience with the highly overrated LMB took place in IL when I caught a 4 lb fish on the rod I use for 1 lb bluefish. The fish grabbed the plug, jumped 3 times in quick succession and then went belly up, all within 10 seconds. I screamed out "IS THAT ALL YOU GOT??" A feisty 10" porgy puts that POS to shame. All those Saturday mornings watching Billy Bob and Ray Bob screaming "Yes SIRRRRRR!!!! It's a HOGGGGGG!!!" Totally unimpressed, give me a bluefish any day!!

R7, I’ve had 6lb LMB on my trusty ultra light 5’ ugly stick 6lb test and it took a bit patience to bring em in... the small bass are peanuts... cellfish...

I hope the skiff is an icebreaker too!! You'll need it, the ice hasn't been very kind to the local docks. Hope Cell can handle the Speedo Shrinkage...
