Front of house and chimney were completed.

Rest of windows should be delivered by Tuesday. Picked up all new exterior doors last night. Then next week starts the ripping apart. All new shake, siding, gutters and shutters will be replaced

Thanks everyone, the new shake is going to cover the rest of the red brick. I didn't want to go to high because I figured it would be a lot of white and the windows would get washed out against the stone.

You know I was thinking I should have gotten it looked at prior to putting stone on it.
