Just saying your chop look dry. Are you sure you didnt run from thr grill too take a dried up selfie chop pic?

Looks are deceiving, I’m sure I didn’t leave the grill to take a selfie. I do grill them on very high heat to sear them n lock in the moisture.

But hey if you say they look dry,they look dry. They were the juiciest dry looking pork chops I ever had. ?

Corned beef and cabbage sandwich. Put it in the slow cooker for 8 hours on low. Put a can of Guiness, some garlic, and the favor packet that came with it. After that was done took the liquid and boiled my cabbage for about 10 minutes. Came out awesome.
