Based on your expertise of hurricanes and weather in general, where should I plan on going first to help as many people as possible in the most affected area?

My parents have a place in south pasadena across the bay from st pete beach right on the water. The local maps i saw put out by Pinellas County show there zone, Zone A with an anticipated surge of 8-12'

This is scary it's slowing down. More time with surge flash flooding and tornadoes

Tornadoes flash flooding surge will last for days. Going to stall out. Tampa is going to look like a war zone after this makes landfall
