I can’t drink anything with caffeine after mid morning or I can’t sleep at night.
But something weird happened a few weeks ago.
I always had my coffee in the morning with two small sugars and a splash of half and half.
So a few weeks ago in my morning slumber I forgot to add the half and half. I took a sip and loved it. I’ve been drinking it black since then, ???

Caffeine never bothered me. I could sleep like a baby after a couple of cups. But the last few months, if I have a cup after dinner, I'm up, tossing and turning, all night.
