Started the 2nd half when I realized this Italian combo was pic worthy....

Roasted & Maru=inated ROasted Garlic & Cracked Black Peppercorn Pork Loin with Farm Fresh Rusemary (picked up at the Market in Town this morning)
Roasred & Smashed Baby Red Bliss Potatoes with Tarragon & Olive Oil (roasted in with the meat)
Farm Fresh (as in the ground yesterday afternoon) Carrots & Parsnips Roasted in a Garlic.Parmesan Vinergerette (veggues from the Van Dessel Farms here on the Shore)
