Finally air fried some of super fresh local spearing I have been getting. I was surprised how good it turned out for my first try. I liked them dredged with the flour sea salt and garlic powder and no dip. I loved them with my pink tartar sauce. Man they were crispy and melted in my mouth. BUT, I am sure they would have been crazy amazing if I fried them in a pan of oil!!! MAYBE someday....... :p ? (y)
