My baby sister and brother -in-law baked 32 Irish Soda Bread for family and friends for St Patricks Day. I was lucky to get 2 for myself and fishing bros. It freezes well so I am
still loving it?

I went cod fishing today and got skunked for baccala. but I had back up plan. Left over chicken parm and spaghetti. and bachelor recipe for easy garlic bread. slather butter all over favorite Italian/ French Bread. Sprinkle liberally with Seafood magic( Shout out to Fishless Fred for heads up on this multi purpose seafood seasoning) I love garlic so I sprinkle garlic powder also. Under the broiler with a watchful eye so it does not turn black . Heaven, easy 1,2,3.Mamma Mia. ?
