Hurricane Lee has strengthened to a Category 2 storm.

Lee may strengthen into a Category 5 storm as it nears the Caribbean islands and eventually tracks toward the United States.
 
12z Euro heads back to somewhat of an earlier solution midweek trof lifts north,leaves Lee behind & next trof that follows steers Lee right into New Eng.GFS is hinting at lifting trof Wed as well but it still has this trof steering Lee well east of US. My fcst remains unchanged

OK but your "forecast" is not a forecast. You are all over the place with everything from first saying its gonna be a dead on hit to LI, to out to sea, to too soon to tell, and we have to wait and see what happens, to New England, AND now your fcst remains unchanged????

And I thought it was just me so far every fcst has Long Island being evacuated
 
The entire eastern seaboard will have rough surf rip currents and beach erosion from Lee regardless if it makes landfall or not. It will slow down or stall so these effects could last for several days.
